Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open SamayReels and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Read the information shown, then confirm deletion.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
You do not need the app installed to ask for deletion. Send us a request using either method:
- Email ceo.simka@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my SamayReels account”, from the email address linked to your account, or
- Call +91 91810 75600 and ask for account deletion.
Please include your registered mobile number so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example with an OTP) to protect your account. We will confirm once your request is complete, normally within 30 days.
Before you delete
- Cancel any subscription first. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. See how to cancel.
- Unused coins, credits and unlocks are lost when the account is deleted and cannot be restored.
- Deletion is permanent.
What we delete
We delete or anonymise the personal data linked to your account, such as your profile, mobile number, email address, viewing history, preferences and saved items. We also ask our service providers to delete it.
What we may keep, and for how long
We may keep limited information that the law requires or that we need to prevent fraud and keep the Services secure: for example payment and invoice records, refund records and security logs. We keep it only for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and other laws, and do not use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
